The HP C3914A maintenance kit (110V) is preventive medicine for your HP LaserJet 8100 series printers. Printer components experience similar wear patterns over time, and these components are included in the printer maintenance kit. These maintenance kits are engineered to work with your HP printers to get optimum print quality results and help to eliminate repeat service calls and maximize paper feed quality and performance. This prolongs the service life of the HP LaserJet printer. Maintenance kits are also priced substantially lower than if the same components were purchased individually.

The parts included in this kit have an estimated service life of 350,000 pages. This estimate may vary, depending upon such things as printer application, operating environment, user maintenance, and the print media that is used. Any printer servicing should include inspection of the components, particularly when the 350,000-page cycle point has been reached. This kit which includes a fuser, transfer, roller and feed roller will help you to keep your printer operating at optimal performance levels while you get the most out of your printer.

Refundable Deposit Information

With any fuser or maintenance kit purchase you will receive a return label. If you choose to you may return your old fuser for a refund of your deposit. To receive the refund you must return the old fuser within 30 days of placing your order.  To get full credit you must write the corresponding order number on at least three sides of the box in which the fuser is being returned in. Failure to return the old fuser within the 30 day period will mean that you forfeit your deposit completely. There are absolutely no exceptions. After the 30 day period you may keep both fusers and your deposit cannot be refunded.

If you do not wish to return your old fuser or if you do not have another fuser which you are replacing you may purchase the fuser outright. This means that you are not expected to return anything after your purchase. The extra fee in this case is for keeping the fuser core. You may not recieve a refund on the additional expense.
