Refundable Deposit Information
With some of the fusers and maintenance kits purchased you will receive a return label. If you choose to, you may return your old fuser for a refund of your deposit. To receive the refund you must return the old fuser within 30 days of placing your order. To get full credit you must write the corresponding order number on at least three sides of the box in which the fuser is being returned in. Failure to return the old fuser within the 30 day period will mean that you forfeit your deposit completely. There are absolutely no exceptions. After the 30 day period you may keep both fusers and your deposit cannot be refunded.
If you do not wish to return your old fuser or if you do not have another fuser which you are replacing you may purchase the fuser outright. This means that you are not expected to return anything after your purchase. The extra fee in this case is for keeping the fuser core. You may not recieve a refund on the additional expense.
